From the beginning, our experience with Etowah Pediatrics has been wonderful! Wait time is never long. The office staff and nurses are sweet and caring.We’ve mostly seen Dr. Hester. He really KNOWS my little boy. He always takes plenty of time to discuss my concerns I highly recommend Etowah Pediatrics to any parent looking for a doctor for their child.

Been using Dr Hester’s office for over 10 years & they always get my daughter in quick & listen to all issues & come up with a plan of treatment. Vaccines are not overly pushed & the parent’s decision is respected. You’re in & out without long waits…

Etowah Pediatrics has been my children’s doctor for 11 years now. I 100% trust my child’s life in their hands. The team is very thorough even with the smallest aches and pains they make sure to get to the root of the problem. Any concerns I have, have never been waved off as just my own anxiety. It’s always a priority for the team to calm my fears by doing a thorough evaluation. They speak to my children directly as if they are humans and not animals who don’t understand. They are very patient, very kind, and as concerned as the parent is I wouldn’t dare take my children anywhere else.

Dr Hester is a terrible pediatrician. My daughter was sick for a month took her for three visits with them. I knew something was wrong with her but he refused to give her anything. Took her to Children’s in Birmingham she had bacterial pneumonia. I will never take my children to this place again, I switched pediatricians. Parents trust your instincts and always get a second opinion.

Lady in front office VERY RUDE! I called to speak with nurse and I understand that a business can be busy. It’s been over an hour I haven’t received any call back so I called asking a question regarding my son’s health and I was told that I just have to wait. She was not concerned about anything I had asked about my son and put him on hold about an issue that could be serious. All it could take is just a question to ask. Even a doctor. Most of times they are just sitting and it would not take long to answer a QUESTION!!!

We absolutely love Etowah Pediatrics, we have been using them since the birth of our twins 12 years ago! Friendly and fast service and always has my babies leaving in smiles no matter how sick they are! Highly recommend to anyone searching for pediatric care!
